Assignment Description

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a rental agent who can start a consulting assignment immediately.
The assignment is full-time for at least four months, located at the client's site in Gothenburg.

• Managing the entire rental process for special properties, housing, garages, storage, and parking spaces.
• Subletting, direct exchanges, and transfers.
• Advertisements and contract writing.
• Handling customer contacts via phone, email, and visits.
• Managing cases in Excel.

Our client is a public housing company in Gothenburg. They manage a large housing stock and work closely with both tenants, the municipality, and other stakeholders. The organization is characterized by collaboration, a willingness to develop, and a focus on service.

We are looking for someone with at least one year of experience in rental. You are self-driven, initiative-taking, and structured, with the ability to handle many different tasks simultaneously. The role involves many internal and external contacts, which requires good communication skills and a high sense of service. You are solution-oriented, unpretentious, and easily build trust in dialogue with both tenants and colleagues.

Your assignment takes place at the client company, but you can choose whether you want to work as a subcontractor with your own company or be a consultant directly employed by Fasticon. As an employed consultant, you are covered by a collective agreement, insurance, and occupational pension.
